“Come and celebrate our community with the 48th ward, Loyola University Chicago and the Edgewater Environmental Sustainability Project (EESP)!
We will sweep, paint, and plant our way throughout the 48th Ward and improve our schools, gardens, parks, and storefronts. After, we will celebrate at the Streets and Sanitation Yard with free refreshments.
With the help of AT&T, we are also sponsoring a paper shredding event at the Streets and Sanitation Yard. This is a great opportunity to dispose of unnecessary or outdated documents.” – 48th Ward Office
