Update on the watermain improvement project on Broadway from the Alderman’s Office.
Phases 1 & 2
- All watermain has been installed.
- Individual connections will start on Wed. 4/27.
- The plan is to have the contractor start at Bryn Mawr and move north to Victoria.
- On Thursday, individual connections will continue where they left off on Wed. and will move north to Rosedale.
- These transfers will also include the Walgreens and the medical center on Victoria.
- Flyers will be posted on all businesses and residents on Broadway
Phases 3 & 4
- Watermain installation continues.
- Wed. 4/27, installation continues on the 5300 block of North Broadway, moving towards the south.
- Parking restrictions are still in effect and will be removed where available.
