The starting point is 1420 W. Glenlake and admission is $5 per adult with children free. Paid admission includes a raffle ticket for Gethsemane Garden Center gift certificates. This year we’re featuring the gardens of West Edgewater Glen in the 1400 & 1500 blocks of this easily-walkable route that includes over 20 gardens!
Of course the front yards of our entire neighborhood are pretty darn nice, but this is your chance to get into the back yards to see how our talented gardeners have creatively transformed their compact, urban spaces with beautiful flowers, trees, vegetables, ponds, patios, decks, etc.
Most of the gardens featured are also ‘Poison Free’, where no herbicide\pesticide products are used.
It’s also your chance to join\renew the Edgewater Glen Association (still only $10 per year) and vote on our new EGA Board.
