Please see the following notice from Alderman O’Connor’s Office regarding work that will be done on Clark Street starting Monday (8/29).
On Monday, August, 29, sewer lining work will begin on Clark St. from Arthur Ave. to Edgewater Ave.
The sewer work will help minimize, if not eliminate, street cave-ins due to failure in old sewers and will bring better drainage and help alleviate flooding in the area. Evening mobilization will start at 6:00pm and actual work will begin at 7:00pm – work will be complete by 7:00am. No parking signs will be posted in the immediate area.
Work is scheduled to be complete by early to mid-September.
