A Transit-Oriented Residential Development (TDO) is being proposed for the current site of Superior Car wash and car repair businesses. The project will need a zoning change as it contains more units and fewer parking spaces than would be allowed for that site under current zoning requirements.
See links below to view the proposed plans for the project.
Ald. Osterman will discuss the proposed development at the upcoming EGA community meeting on Monday, October 10th at St. Gert’s Social Hall (6:30pm meet & greet your neighbors, 7:00pm meeting).
