There will be an opportunity to review the revised redevelopment plans for 6145 N. Broadway (Superior Car Wash) this Saturday, January 28th at Ethiopian Diamond.
“This Saturday, January 28, from 11 am to 3 pm at Ethiopian Diamond, 6120 N. Broadway, there will be an open house to review revised plans for a development at 6145 N. Broadway. The development team for this project has had a number of community meetings about this project in recent months. Based on feedback from the local residents and myself about the density of the project, they have revised the plan to reduce the number of floors from seven to six and reduce the number of units from 187 to 105. The unit makeup of the building will also change to reduce the number of studios and will add a higher percentage of one- and two-bedroom units. The parking spaces for the building will go from 60 spaces to 45 and 10% of the units will remain affordable.
