Join Your Neighbors at The Little Free Library Community Build Day (Saturday, April 22nd)

Do you have Little Free Library envy? Are you interested in becoming part of a growing network of library hosts and readers? Join the Edgewater Reads crew at 10:00 am on April 22nd behind Senn High School (5900 N Glenwood) for their first community build day of the season!

You can download and print the Little Free Library guide located on their website prior to the event for building instructions (http://www.edgewaterreads.org/littlefreelibraries/). Limited materials and tools will be provided so feel free to bring your own such as hammers, Phillips-head screw drivers, safety glasses, and a caulk gun. They also advise bringing a building buddy to help with the assembling process.

Libraries will be free for Edgewater residents and $75 for those joining from outside the community. These events are made possible with their amazing volunteers and by community donations!

Limited kits will be available so please RSVP at twelchky@gmail.com or taylor@48thward.org. For questions, email edgewaterreads@gmail.com or visit their website at edgewaterreads.org.
