The ground has thawed and block party season is in sight!

Let us know and we will add them to the Edgewater Glen neighborhood calendar.

Please refrain from scheduling block parties during the All-Edgewater Garage Sale (June 1st) and the EGA Annual Garden Walk (July 14th) in order to keep traffic open during these important events for our community.

Registration for New Gardener Memberships at Vedgewater Community Garden

The Peterson Garden Project opened their new gardener membership this weekend for the pop-up Victory Garden just north of Edgewater Glen at Vedgewater.

Neighbors interested in gardening with Peterson Garden Project do not need any prior gardening experience. The mission of the project is to teach people how to grow their own food, so they are looking to recruit ‘grewbies’—their term for people new to growing food – as well as experienced gardeners.

Garden plots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You can register for a garden membership here.

For more information, you can visit their website: https://petersongarden.org/
